Return & Refund Policies 

1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

 

Your rights under ACL apply to all purchases.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is:

  • Faulty

  • Not as described

  • Unsafe

  • Not fit for purpose

We will not refuse a remedy where the law requires one.

 

2. Change-of-Mind Returns

 

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days if the item is:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer’s cost.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following may not be returned unless faulty:

  • Supplements or ingestible products

  • Opened skincare

  • Perishables

  • Digital downloads

  • Coaching session fees (unless required by ACL)

 

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

 

If an item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 14 days

  • Provide order number + photos

  • We will offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate

 

5. Refund Processing

 

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–14 business days after approval.

Warranty Policy

1. Statutory Warranty Under ACL

 

All products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy such as repair, replacement, or refund.

2. Manufacturer’s Warranty

 

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. These terms will be outlined on the product page or packaging.

3. Warranty Claims Process

 

To submit a claim:
