  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

 

We partner with trusted Australian carriers such as Australia Post, CouriersPlease, and Sendle.

 

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

  • Express Shipping (if applicable): 1–3 business days

 

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on:

We cannot change an address after dispatch, nor refund orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Spring Honey is not liable for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages resulting from incorrect information

  • Additional costs to re-ship the order
