5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
5.1 Your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply to all purchases. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

7. APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
7.1 Appointment times are confirmed once payment or booking is completed.
7.2 You may reschedule or cancel a session with at least [e.g., 48 hours] notice.
7.3 Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of the session fee.
7.4 Spring Honey may reschedule or cancel appointments due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a refund.

8.1 All trademarks, logos, brand assets, digital content, programs, guides, and materials provided by Spring Honey are owned or licensed by us.
8.2 You may not copy, share, resell, reproduce, or distribute any materials (including coaching/naturopathy resources) without express written permission.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.2 Our total liability for any product or service is limited to the amount paid by you for that product or service.
